An LLM – Salesforce Developer is responsible for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into Salesforce platforms to enhance automation, customer interactions, and data-driven insights. This role involves customizing Salesforce components, building intelligent workflows, and embedding LLM-powered features such as smart email replies, predictive text generation, automated case handling, and dynamic knowledge base suggestions. The developer collaborates with AI teams, admins, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure LLM capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs is essential, along with a solid understanding of AI/ML and NLP integration.
